OPPOSE A FEDERAL 20-WEEK ABORTION BAN – VOTE 1/29
The Senate will vote on S. 2311, the Senate version of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, on Monday, January 29th.
Update (10/4/17): The House passed H.R. 36 on October 3rd. Senator Lindsey Graham’s office has reported he will introduce the legislation to the Senate on Thursday, October 5th.
The Senate will take a procedural vote on the measure next week.
